Deutsche Hospitality is expanding into the United Arab Emirates by taking on management of the Al Hamra Residences and Al Hamra Village Hotel. The resorts will use the Steigenberger Residences and MAXX by Deutsche Hospitality brand names in future.

The new IntercityHotel Zhengzhou East Railway Station is located in Henan Province. Displaying a marked German brand influence, it is set in Zhengdong New District business area, only ten minutes’ walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station, China’s fourth largest station by area.

The new build hotel will extend over six storeys and will include 176 rooms, a spacious lobby, a restaurant, a bar and various conference facilities.
The hotel is scheduled to open for business in 2023. The new hotel will form part of a mixed-use concept including 300 student apartments, 30 further residential units, retail outlets, offices and public car parks.
