The seven-story hotel is located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, one of the Denver MSA's prominent employment hubs and the largest office submarket outside of the Central Business District, with 8.8 million sq ft of Class-A space.

Baxter Hotel Group plans to begin construction on its 16-story, dual-branded hotel this month and expects a 22-month construction timetable.
The eight-story property will have 257 all-suite beachfront guestrooms; a lobby bar and restaurant; a rooftop amenity terrace inclusive of a bar and grille, pool deck and an outdoor entertainment venue; and 13,620 square feet of enclosed meeting and pre-function space, including a 7,800-square-foot ballroom. The resort will also have a three-story parking garage and 7,618 square feet of leasable retail space that will include a Starbucks.
Before joining Peachtree, Zadik, while accompanying her family on a diplomatic assignment, was the head of the community liaison office for the U.S. Consulate General in Nigeria.
She most recently served as vice president at R.M. Woodworth & Associates, a hotel advisory company.
Before joining Peachtree, James was senior director of sales and head of focused service sales for Sonesta International Hotels. She also held leadership positions with Starwood Hotels & Reports, InterContinental Hotels Group and LodgeWorks.
Greene brings over 30 years of financial experience, including over a decade of EB-5 industry expertise, and has managed over $600 million of EB-5 investments during his career.
Most recently, Huang served as director of strategy at Hotel Effectiveness Solutions (an Actabl company), where she collaborated with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, managing cross-function projects and delivering positive impacts in multiple key business areas, including sales operation, recruitment, customer engagement and account management.
This new company will manage and control its multi-billion-dollar investment portfolio and direct investment strategies across its distinct operating and real estate divisions, including hospitality, commercial lending, residential development and capital markets.
