Sheraton Istanbul Levent Hotel Opens

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts unveils the newly-renovated Sheraton Istanbul Levent.

The Levent neighborhood, previously a navy base during the Ottoman period, is now the main financial district of Istanbul. The area is filled with art and culture, gourmet dining, shopping and entertainment. Conveniently located at the heart of Levent, the hotel adjoins the Sapphire Shopping Mall and is in close proximity to the upscale Istinyepark, Kanyon, and Zorlu Shopping Malls. Sheraton Istanbul Levent is a 30-minute drive from Istanbul Airport and has direct access to the city’s metro lines situated at the hotel’s entrance.

At the heart of Sheraton Istanbul Levent is the lobby. Sheraton Istanbul Levent features many of the signature elements of the new Sheraton vision. This includes the Community Table, an inviting, purpose-built workspace in the hotel’s lobby that allows guests to work, eat and drink while soaking up the energy of the space. All 248 guestrooms feature bright, well-lit spaces with warm, residential appeal comprised of soft finishes and light wood tones accentuated with black metal accents. Derived from the Italian word Levante, the historically rooted name means the rising sun. Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano from Naples, Italy, creates signature delicacies including hand-crafted pasta, authentically Italian gourmet pizzas and unique risottos.

Goblet & Cup, located in the lobby, is a coffee bar, bar and market all in one. Guests will enjoy an all-day menu, offering everything from freshly brewed coffee, delicately blended teas, to creative cocktails.
